A few weeks ago we told you our pleasure at our discovering our favourite new hairdressing haven, Sergio Giannasso, on London’s St Martin’s Lane (read about it here), so imagine our delight when we learnt that Sergio, along with a elite team of celebrity therapists, have joined W London’s new AWAY® Spa, just around the corner from his salon, offering head-to-toe treatments that will leave guests revitalised and red-carpet-ready. These exclusive treatments include shiatsu facial from Su Man Hsu, a new tanning experience from James Harknett, eyelash extensions by Ruthie Belle and hair styling and make up by Sergio Giannasso. The new treatments sit alongside a menu including massages, scrubs, manicures, pedicures and more.
The hotel has a ‘Whatever/Whenever¹ beauty policy – offering guests whatever they want, whenever they want it – meaning that the team are on call to meet the needs of all of the hotels guests whenever they are in need of some seriously good pampering.

Bringing the East to the West, former internationally acclaimed professional dancer Su-Man Hsu has drawn on her expertise in the fields of shiatsu, Pilates and oriental facial massage to create her own unique facial experience. Combining a deep intuitive understanding of natural and traditional skincare originating from her native Taiwan, Su-Man has elevated the facial into a sublime art form. Her hybrid facial treatment has been specifically created to awaken and lift the face by not only treating the face but also the body and soul. Su-Man’s facials have attracted a variety of A-list clients including Juliette Binoche, Joely Richardson and Anne Hathaway who have all expressed how life-changing their treatments with Su-Man have been.
