Su-Man Hsu's facials have been described as the "non-invasive alternative to Botox". It's no wonder, then, that the North London based therapist has a legion of devoted celebrity fans including Freida Pinto and Juliette Binoche (as well as many beauty editors who have Hsu on speed dial). And now Hsu has bottled up her skin-brightening and lifting magic and created her own skincare line.
The line of products, which include a Purifying Cleansing Gel Oil (£40),Exfoliating Facial Polish (£40) and Velvet Skin Brightening Serum (£98) are all based on the blends Hsu created in her kitchen for years to use during her treatments.
Based on Eastern princples of holistic skincare (Hsu is Taiwanese) and Western cosmetic science, the range is designed to leave the skin looking immaculately conditioned, smooth and radiant. The mix of powerful antioxidants (including plant derived dragon's blood extract and rosehip oil) are excellent for anti-ageing, and leave the complexion with a beautifully silky finish.
For a glow akin to Su-Man's facials, she shares her top six tips for an at-home facial:
1. First, rub the ears with the palms of your hands to generate warmth in the face.
2. Using a moisturiser or face oil, run the heels of both hands from the chin up to the base of the ear.
3. Then run the heels of both your hands from the edge of your nostrils, pressing along in one continuous line, underneath the cheekbones up towards the edge of your ears.
4. Using the middle fingers of both hands, press the area at the very top of your nose, then stroke gently but firmly down towards your nostrils.
5. Align the fingers of both hands vertically in the centre of your forehead, and draw firmly and smoothly towards the temples.
6. Finally, tap around the eye sockets with all four fingertips, then tap more forcefully all over your scalp.

Repeat each step up to 30 times, and do this massage regularly - once a month in your twenties, and weekly from your forties onwards.
