韓國回來後 來吃的悠閒的早午餐

這家其實路過了Ｎ次好像也說了Ｎ次要來吃吃看

但是始終沒有吃過，現在有許多的店家幾乎都是 這個月我看見你，約莫半年就不見了 

印象中這家店的門面很酷，有很多的熊＠＠

This year I have read many great reviews and mentions of facialist Su-Man Hsu in the British press, as this wonderful woman with a tiny dancer’s body has one of the most nimble fingers and gives the most amazing facials. What makes me smile is how many journalists call her ‘strict’ or ‘reserved’ when it actual fact she is a hard-working & focussed professional, who cares deeply about her clients and making sure her facials and skincare products deliver lasting results.

葫蘆巴手工皂。 Trigonella foenum-graecum

在印度烹飪中，烘烤後磨成粉的葫蘆巴種子是一種常見調味料，被用在咖喱和含蔬菜和豆類的菜中。另外，新鮮的葫蘆巴葉子也被作為蔬菜來食用。 

【藥用部位】 以種子入藥。中藥名: 胡蘆巴。 
【採收加工】 夏季果實成熟時採割全草，曬乾，打下種子。
【主要成分】 主要含生物鹼類，脂肪酸類，皂苷類及黃酮類成分。

最近一直聽到很多人用石鹼來取代氫氧化鈉，聽說只要葉片＋一點水，搓揉之後就會產出泡泡 

所以特地來研究一下 這是啥東西 ＠＠ 

改天可能可以打一鍋看看

【肥皂草】Saponaria officinalis
科名：
石竹科(Caryophyllaceae)石鹼草屬(Saponaria)

屬名：石鹼草屬
別名：朱欒、Soapwort
植株性狀與生育習性：株高可達1m，展幅約60cm，葉片卵型，深綠，全緣，對升，長日環境開花，花色粉紅，有單瓣和重瓣，小花直徑約1.5~2.5cm，叢生聚集於莖頂。栽培容易，為多年生草本。性喜保水性好的的泥土，即使是半日陰也能長得非常好。非常耐寒，利用迸出的種子繁殖。

逛完板陶窯之後開始進入崙背鄉
其實這個小鄉鎮 有一個大家都超推的產品 就是崙背的奶類製品，許多人應該都不知道 這個不為人知的小鎮上可是出產酪農專業產區，雲林崙背是全台第一個酪農專業產區，這裏有著最優質的乳製品不過在介紹 千巧谷之前先來看看 這家小店
在千巧谷的隔壁，十分便宜又好吃“李排骨酥”

今天兄弟姐妹來聚會 ..............其實一開始並不是要來這個地方！！ 後來想想好吧 沒吃過 來看看 一開始看了菜單好久好久，無法下手後來請了 店員推薦只要是有馬來膜的都是大推商品！！ 瞎？？  原來這個黑黑的動物 是馬來膜   哈哈 我恍然大悟...........

剛好很巧同事公司需要換標籤，把舊的貼紙撕下來後換上新的，再封口裝箱即可
一隻一塊錢，想說好呀放假日來叫小孩打工賺點零用錢，以前我們穿了一包聖誕燈泡也沒有哪麼好賺吧！！

其實剛開始 撕下標籤真的不是一件容易的事情，因為有許多的殘膠在上頭，或是當你快要私下貼紙的時候突然皮掉了，但是黏膠的部分還在產品上面，要開始用手指摳摳摳，把整個白白的貼紙都摳下來！！

火星人：因為你們放暑假！我才拿回來給你們做，給你們一個打工賺錢的機會，你們可以用你們自己賺到的錢去做自己想要做的事情，這樣是不是很好？

宸歆：但是這不是別人公司的工作嗎？他們為什麼不自己做？

火星人：因為他們來不及呀！！所以要找家庭代工來做，因為不是長長有

宸歆：哪他們可以加班留在公司做呀！！

No matter how many years I have worked in the Beauty industry, one thing that never ceases to amaze me are the beauty makers and shakers who can practice what they preach to a perfect art. Take Su-Man Tsu at 50 years of age her skin and body resemble a luscious 20 year old, and her vibrant energy is contagious, She is living proof that 50 is probably the most fabulous age you can be as a woman. Such are the talents of Su-Man Hsu that her facials have been described as the “non-invasive alternative to Botox”. It’s is little wonder therefore that the North London based therapist has an army of dedicated celebrity fans which include Freida Pinto and Juliette Binoche (there are also a number of top well-known beauty editors who have Hsu on speed dial).  This beauty maker and business woman has now bottled up her skin-brightening and lifting magic formula’s and created her own skincare line, I’m excited to catch up with Su-Man at The London Anti Ageing Show in Olympia  to look at the skincare range in finer detail as well as try out her legendary time defying powers. In the meantime we caught up with ‘Queen of Facials’ for five minutes.

“I have 10 siblings, and I’m the youngest. We grew up very poor, working on a farm. We didn’t have any TV or radio until I was 14 and I remember lots of candlelight and the fact that when it rained outside, it rained inside too, because we lived in houses made of mud and straw.
